Brandi Droeske, Mortgage Associate

Brandi was born and raised in Medicine Hat and from an early age she had always been intrigued by the real estate market. Moving to Calgary in 2001, she was able to explore all aspects of the industry and quickly found that the financing end was her true passion. Brandi has been fortunate enough to work with some of the top producers in the industry which has contributed to her success as a broker today.

Brandi has 2 beautiful children, and when she is not busy at the hockey rink or a cheer competition, she enjoys reading, travelling, yoga and spending time with family and friends.

Kate Semenok, Mortgage Associate

Born and raised in Medicine Hat by a family with deep local roots in homebuilding and real estate, Kate knew that it would only be a matter of time before she found herself in the industry. In 2022, Kate earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University in Calgary and looked forward to returning home to begin her career. In September 2023, she joined Brandi as an assistant and became a licensed broker in April 2024.

Outside of work, you can find Kate teaching spin class at a local fitness studio, planning her next international adventure and spending time with her husband and their beloved dog, Ellie.

Together, Brandi & Kate work hard to make the mortgage process as seamless as possible for their clients. They take pride in building genuine relationships with their clients and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident from start to finish.
